- Orders that are still in the “Processing” stage are eligible for cancellation.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return instead.
How to Cancel Your Order

- Go to the Ruth Market website or app and log in using your credentials.
2. Access Your Orders
- Navigate to the “My Orders” section in your account dashboard.
3. Select the Order
- Find the order you wish to cancel and click on it to view details.
4. Click “Cancel Order”
- If the cancellation option is available, click “Cancel Order” and follow the prompts to confirm.
5. Receive Confirmation

If you placed an order without an account:
